None of this means something is wrong with you. It means your body and your life are asking for a different kind of attention.

Nutrition. Sleep. Stress. Self. We don't treat these as four separate problems, because they aren't.
You'll leave with confidence in how to listen to your body and respond to what it needs. You'll know what's actually good for you, and you'll have a plan that's yours alone for walking through life in good health.

Book a discovery callMost healthcare works from a folder of treatments, one for each complaint. I understand that the most effective path to healing is one carved specifically for you. That usually means using some of the standard protocol, almost always with a twist.

I hold a Master's degree in the Science of Human Nutrition. I'm a Certified Nutrition Specialist and a Yoga Therapist (e-RYT 500, Yoga Alliance).
Why do we move and act the way we do? It started with small questions. I wanted to lose 15 pounds postpartum. I wanted time to cook healthier meals for my family, to move my body more, and to connect with the people I love. Each answer asked for a small change, and each change led to a bigger question: Am I happy? Does my life feel fulfilling?
I had the dream: three kids, a beautiful home, and chickens in the backyard providing fresh eggs every morning. But I couldn't find a reason to change out of my workout clothes unless it was a holiday. I was lacking community and inspiration. I was following the “shoulds” that just didn't line up with my heart. One day I looked in the mirror and realized I didn't love what I saw, and I couldn't remember the last time I did. I knew I needed a big change.
As one enters perimenopause, it's nearly impossible to avoid these questions. With my background in functional nutrition and yoga therapy, I was able to look for the root of my own struggle, and it wasn't something a supplement or dietary protocol could fix alone. I had to look at my core values, my dreams, and my desires, and build a plan that let me move through the world in a way that truly served me: my thoughts, my actions, and my being. I'm so passionate about helping you find your way back to yourself, because I can see what's possible for each of us when we live in our truth.
I began as a classically trained dancer and came to yoga to heal an injury. Yoga led me to nutrition and meditation, and to the many ways we can nurture and care for the vessel we live in. I went back to school for my master's degree to ground what I was finding in science. I'm drawn to evidence-based functional work because it looks for the root of a problem and brings us back to wellness, which for me is the baseline.
What I love most is watching my clients rise far above wellness, into a life of their own choosing, flourishing in their second act.
We work with the whole picture of this transition: how it shows up in your body, your sleep, your stress, and your sense of self.
No. What matters is that you're ready to listen to your body, learn from it, and put in real work toward changes that last.
All sessions are virtual, so you can do this work from home, anywhere in the US.
Yes. I'm glad to work with your doctor and other providers so your care stays coordinated.
The Second Act Method is three months of care for $2,499, with visits every other week, weekly check-ins, and text and email support in between. Payment plans are available.
I provide a superbill after your care, which you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Coverage varies by plan, so it's worth checking with yours first.
